New Year’s Kirtan - Donation Based

Sobre este evento

In Kirtan, an ancient practice from India, Mantra is chanted in call and response. 'Manas' means mind and 'Tra' can be translated as tool. Singing Mantra can free ourselves from thoughts and give access to the heart. This practice of listening and letting the voice flow is one of the most simple but yet effective ways to experience meditation. Through our voices we will create a field of vibrations and after every Mantra we take a moment to bathe in the silence.

“ When I am silent, I fall into the place where everything is music” - Rumi

These events are volunteer based, you can contribute by making a donation, our suggestion would be between €5 and €15.
