SHAKE THE DUST: A transformative & embodied movement practice

We will journey between perpetual movement, rest and release.

With SHAKING | JUMPING DANCING | INTUITIVE MOVEMENT | YOGA | PILATES | SOMATICS | BODYWEIGHT TRAINING

It’s like HIIT, but deep, and much more fun! Supported by a carefully curated playlist!
Shake the Dust combines high-intensity movement, body weight training, yoga, Pilates, somatics, dance and intuitive movement to help you feel.

Each class is designed to illuminate our resistance to change, encourage us to embrace it, shedding light on the underlying layers of resistance.

Feel the burn, and enjoy the release!

The result is a stronger body, calmer mind, and a more liberated and joyous existence!
