About Breathwork
Our breath is the bridge which connects life to consciousness, which unites your body to your thoughts & memories. Breathwork is a powerful practice that involves conscious breathing techniques to promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being. It can be used as a portal to your inner world, bringing awareness and insights.
It enables you to tap into your body's innate healing abilities, leading to greater vitality, clarity, and inner peace. Mees will be guiding you through a gentle breathwork practise.
About Sound healing
To support and deepen your journey inwards Mauri will guide a live sound healing session. Sound healing is an ancient therapeutic practice that uses the power of sound vibrations and frequencies to promote relaxation, balance, and healing within body, mind and soul. Sound healing is part of the field of vibrational medicine which is based on the principle that everything in the universe, including each part of the human body, vibrates at a specific frequency. When our natural frequencies are disrupted, it can lead to physical, mental or emotional discomfort or disease. The vibrations produced by the instruments can travel deep into our cells, helping to restore balance and release blockages on the physical, emotional and mental levels of the body. All together to induce a state of deep relaxation, reduce stress, improve sleep quality and enhance overall well-being. The harmonious sounds allow you to enter a deep state of rest to support the body’s natural healing abilities.
