Sobre este evento
Deisy and Eric will join their medicines together in this beautiful cacaocircle and soundhealing session.
The lovely intimate place of Grateful Living will be a safe space to open our hearts , give the comfort it needs and reconnect with our true essence , expanding in love.
We are happy to invite you to join us to sit in circle again connecting with the sacred medicine of Cacao and enter to the spiral journey back to the heart through the high vibrational sounds.
It will be an intimate session with a maximum of 10 people who can join and the session will be spoken in English.
In this circle , as in previous ones , we will sit to honor the medicine that sacred Cacao will bring us in all our bodies.
The Cacao served is a high quality sort , grown in sacred Mayan lands in Mexico , following the Mayan tradition and spirituality of Cacao.
Deisy is a facilitator of rituals, sessions and circles with the Medicine of Cacao, Initiated Sahumadora and Reiki healing teacher. She has been learning along past years from her experience with the medicine herself and teachers of the Mayan tradition of Cacao. In her first trip to the sacred Cacao fields of the Mayan elder and leader of his community back in Mexico , of whom she learns from, she could finally meet him in person and his community and experience herself how they daily commune with the medicine, apart from all the biodiversity that lives in harmony in those lands.
Deisy is herself from Colombia but she has travelled and lived in different places along her life due to family circumstances. Several times she has visited the sacred Mayan Cacao fields back in Mexico for different purposes and she continues deepening her knowledge and experience on how to serve to this beautiful medicine from her heart. Coming from Colombia she has also find through Cacao her connection to her own roots and discovered that her ancestors also had Cacao fields in the past. Connecting with the sacred Cacao coming from the Arhuaco Tribe in the territory of Sierra Nevada in Colombia , also called "The heart of the world" , she feels a strong call from her ancestors to keep on learning and growing on her path with the medicine while supporting the indigenous communities who guard the ancestral traditions of Cacao.
Eric has his practice for singing bowl treatment and reiki in the middle of nature at Hilversum. He is sensitive for the needs of his clients and loves to help people come back home to themselves and feel calm and relaxed. He uses several instruments like Tibetan Singing Bowls, Crystal Singing Bowls, The Sungong, Koshi Chimes, Tincha's. During his soundhealing he knows how to give the group a warm blanked of tones and vibrations, creating a deep feeling of calmness and peace with his beautiful instruments. The hartopening plantmedicine cacao will make this experience even more intense. When you want to escape this hectic society and re-balance and harmonize yourself, you come to the right place.
Singing bowl meditation has a beneficial effect on human well-being in general. This has shown that:
- depression and anxiety are reduced;
- life energy is stimulated;
- more peace and relaxation occurs;
- it promotes sleep;
- concentration improved;
- it has a beneficial effect on blood pressure;
- the functioning of the left and right brain hemispheres are harmonized;
- the immune system is strengthened;
- breathing is calmed;
- one feels more comfortable;
You can bring a little blanked with you to keep you warm. And to bring a bottle of water to hydrate yourself is welcome.
