Bliss Breath & Sound is a gentle, grace-led, polyvagal-informed journey of breath, voice and movement.

We begin body first with regulation and toning, because a nervous system that feels safe is a system that can be present, curious & meet what arises with more ease.

Then we drift into conscious connected breathing, guided by invitations from Mishka and your curosity with sound and live-instruments supporting your experience of...

The evening ends in a sound bath, a space for rest & total integration.

Guided by Mishka Ma, a devoted space holder and ceremonialist with over a decade of experience in facilitation and embodied teaching.

Mishka is a 5- level certified breathwork facilitator and bodyworker, with thousands of yoga and meditation teacher training completed across the globe.

Rooted in a path of love, alchemy and expansion, her work weaves breath, somatic awareness, and sound into deeply restorative and empowering experiences.
