Associated with the sun, creation and the mysteries of ancient Egyptian temples, this sacred flower invites us into a world of contemplation, subtlety and inner stillness.
For this special gathering, we will journey through the transformative experience of KAIA® Method before closing with a sacred Egyptian Blue Lotus tea ceremony and deep guided meditation.

🪷 Sacred Egyptian Blue Lotus
Following the activation, we will share a ceremonial infusion of authentic Egyptian Blue Lotus.
Considered sacred in ancient Egypt, this extraordinary flower was associated with the sun god Ra, regeneration and the passage between the visible and invisible worlds.
Traditionally appreciated for its gentle calming and contemplative qualities, Blue Lotus invites us to slow down, soften and enter a state of quiet presence.
🌙 Deep Nervous System Relaxation & Guided Meditation
We will close our gathering with a deeply restorative guided meditation, allowing the nervous system to settle after the KAIA activation.
A moment to integrate the experience, release any remaining tension and welcome a profound sense of peace, supported by the traditionally soothing qualities of Blue Lotus.

• Food: Avoid heavy meals and meat in the three hours before the session. If you need to eat, choose something light, such as fruit or vegetables, and drink plenty of water throughout the day.
• Stimulants: Avoid coffee and other stimulants before the session to help you arrive feeling calm and receptive.
• Clothing: Wear comfortable clothes that allow you to move freely.
• Mindset: Come with an open mind, without expectations. There’s nothing you need to achieve. Take a few slow, gentle breaths before we begin, and give yourself time to settle.
• Afterwards: Leave some quiet time for yourself to rest and integrate the experience.

• KAIA®: This session is not suitable for people with epilepsy, unstable cardiovascular conditions, or an acute mental health episode, including mania or psychosis. Please contact me before booking if you are pregnant or have a significant medical condition.
• Blue Lotus: If you take medication, check with your pharmacist or doctor beforehand, as interactions are possible. Do not stop prescribed medication to participate.
• Avoid alcohol, recreational drugs and other sedating substances. Do not drive after consuming Blue Lotus; arrange transport home.
