Would you like to experience three beautiful OSHO meditations and dive into his deep and transformative methods?
Each meditation is a unique doorway through movements and sound into relaxation, inner silence, awareness, and connection.

OSHO No-Mind Meditation
We begin with a shorter version of a meditative and transformative process where we make irrational sounds to help release the mind’s constant inner chatter. By allowing sounds to arise freely, we give the mind an opportunity to discharge and empty itself. And it is also fun! We then move into silence, making it easier to relax deeply and experience the stillness within.

OSHO Devavani Meditation
Next, we explore a meditation based on gentle sounding and movement. Through this practice, we can bring the body and mind into harmony. Slow, meditative movements help us become more centered, and gradually turn our attention inward.

Heart Chakra Meditation
In the afternoon, we will experience a meditation which uses rhythmic movements, breath, and sound to open into the qualities of the heart. Together, we move in the four directions, connecting with the earth and as a group, before gradually allowing deeper stillness and silence.

No previous meditation experience is needed. Simply come with curiosity, openness, and a willingness to explore.

11:00–12:00 — OSHO Devavani Meditation

12:00–12:30 — Lunch Break: Bring your own lunch, there are no restaurants in the area

12:30–13:30 — Heart Chakra Meditation

13:30–14:00 — Break and Closing Circle

14:00 — End of the Mini-Workshop
