Yin Yoga

Sobre este evento

A slow and embodied Yin Yoga practice in Ibiza, designed to create space in the body while cultivating attention, sensitivity and inner stillness.

Through longer-held postures, breath and mindful awareness, we explore the body from within — noticing sensation, softening unnecessary effort and allowing the joints and connective tissues time to gradually open. Rather than pushing for greater flexibility, the practice invites curiosity, deep listening and a more intimate relationship with the body.

A grounding counterbalance to the pace of everyday life, supporting mobility, presence and a quieter mind.

📍 Atzaró Agroturismo, Ibiza
🧘‍♀️ Open to all bodies and all levels.
