Qigong Nidra & Sound

Sobre este evento

A monthly evening practice combining gentle Five Element Qigong, deeply restorative Yoga Nidra and live sound.

We’ll begin with flowing Qigong movements, breathwork and gentle stretching to release tension, move energy and bring the body and mind into balance. From there, we’ll transition into stillness with a guided Yoga Nidra, accompanied by the soothing sounds of singing bowl, chimes and other sound instruments.

Each month will offer a slightly different practice, creating space to slow down, reconnect and deeply rest.

No previous experience is needed and all levels are welcome.
