Experience a unique Floating Sound Bath in Ibiza, a deeply relaxing 90-minute sound experience taking place in the swimming pool at beautiful Casa Sukha Ibiza.

You’ll lie comfortably on your own floating mattress while being guided into deep relaxation through subtle breathing techniques, guided relaxation and NLP techniques. From there, you’ll be immersed in a calming sound journey with crystal and Tibetan singing bowls and other carefully selected instruments.

Floating on the water creates a completely different experience from a traditional grounded sound bath. With your body fully supported by the water, you can slow down, switch off and simply receive the sounds and vibrations around you.

Everything is prepared for you, including your floating mattress with cover, cushion, blanket and eye pillow, so you can fully relax throughout the experience.
