Sobre este evento
What happens when we give the womb space to breathe, move, sound and speak?
An afternoon to slow down, come back into the body, and explore our relationship with the womb through movement, breath, voice, creativity and connection.
We often move through life without giving much attention to this part of ourselves. In this circle, we’ll create a gentle and playful space to become curious about what lives there: sensations, emotions, memories, creativity, softness, strength, or simply whatever is present.
We’ll journey together through grounding practices, somatic movement, breath and voice exploration, creative expression, sharing, tea and collective singing.
There is nothing you need to achieve, release or understand.
This is simply an invitation to listen, explore and reconnect with your body in your own way, while being held in a supportive circle of women.
To close the afternoon, we’ll share a small potluck together. Bring something you enjoy to eat and share with the group. 🥣🍓✨
No previous experience with somatic practices is needed.

About the facilitators
Pascal
Pascal is a somatic practitioner and space holder with a deep curiosity for the relationship between the body, emotions, nervous system and self-discovery.
For many years, she has explored body-based practices through somatic work, breathwork, movement, meditation, Yin Yoga, trauma-informed approaches and nervous-system regulation.
Her work is rooted in curiosity rather than performance: creating spaces where people can slow down, listen to their bodies and discover their own inner resources, expression and wisdom.
This circle also comes from her own personal exploration of reconnecting with the womb and becoming more curious about what this part of the body may hold, express and teach us.
Zeynep
Zeynep is a somatic psychologist (MSc), embodiment teacher and movement facilitator, whose work brings together psychological understanding, body awareness, nervous-system regulation and embodied movement.
She is trained in somatic and trauma-informed therapeutic approaches and is a facilitator of Non-Linear Movement Method (NLMM), a practice that invites the body to move in its own rhythm, pace and expression.
Her work is rooted in curiosity, presence and the belief that the body is not something we need to fix or control, but a place we can learn to listen to, relate to and trust. Through movement, sensation, emotion and creative exploration, she creates spaces where people can slow down, soften into themselves and reconnect with their own inner resources, expression and aliveness.
This circle also reflects her own ongoing exploration of embodiment and the many ways the body can become a source of knowing, connection and self-expression. She is particularly interested in creating spaces where women can become curious about their relationship with the womb and explore what emerges through movement, voice, sensation and imagination — without needing to achieve, understand or change anything.
Together, Pascal and Zeynep are co-creating this gathering as a warm, exploratory space where movement, voice, creativity and community can meet.
