Herb Talk & Tori Walk
Discover the wisdom of plants and herbs during a guided nature 4km walk in the area. Listen to the stories held within nature and reconnect with the ancient relationship between humans, plants and the Earth. Facilitator Tasch tells all about the medicinal aspect and in which recipes to use.

After the walk we close the retreat together and leave this magickal sacred place at 12:00 am, so you have the Sunday to intergrade and process the weekend at your own pace.

🍃 Food & Fruit + Matcha
Enjoy the whole weekend nourished with all kind of fruits, as much as you like! Natural flavours that support your body and complete the experience. The herbs and addable flowers you learn to know on Sunday during the walk are used through the weekend in special recipes from Tasch. A moment of fruit sharing, grounding with Starr Matcha and mindful enjoyment in dishes in all kind of ways.
