Healing Breath & Sound

Sobre este evento

HARVEST MOON · REAP · REFLECT · RENEW

A morning to breathe, feel, reflect — and make space for what’s next.

The Harvest Moon is a beautiful moment to pause and take stock.
What have you planted this year?
What has grown?
What has truly borne fruit?
And what are you ready to harvest, carry forward — or simply leave behind?

No fixing. No forcing. No figuring it all out.

Just a moment to slow down, turn inward and listen to what your body already knows.

We’ll start with a gentle body & airway warm-up, then move into a deep Three-Part Transformative Breathwork journey, guided by Melina and accompanied by Jessie’s carefully selected instruments and healing vibrations.

A space to breathe, release, receive and reconnect — with your body, your breath and whatever wants to move.
