This New Moon arrives as a Total Solar Eclipse in Leo, opening eclipse season.

Eclipses often bring us into periods of transition, where something we have been carrying for a long time no longer fits in the same way.

Sometimes we notice this as restlessness, exhaustion, irritation, a stronger need for space, or the feeling that we can no longer keep showing up as the person everyone expects us to be.

With the South Node moving through Leo, this eclipse invites us to look at the identities, roles and ways of being that once helped us feel safe, accepted or valued.

Leo is often connected with confidence, visibility and self-expression, but underneath that sits a more personal question: how much of your life is shaped by what feels true to you, and how much is still shaped by what once earned you approval?

Many of us learned very early which parts of ourselves were easier for others to accept. We became the capable one, the independent one, the successful one, the kind one, the person who could handle everything and rarely needed much in return. These qualities may be real parts of who you are. They may also have become ways of protecting yourself.

This ceremony is an opportunity to slow down enough to notice the difference.
Who are you when you no longer have to perform the version of yourself that once kept you safe?

We will move through:
• Ceremonial cacao or tea prepared by you for grounding and heart connection
• Guided meditation and reflection inspired by the Leo Solar Eclipse
• Collective Reiki to support nervous system regulation and emotional wellbeing
• Gentle breathwork
• Oracle cards guidance
• Optional sharing in a supportive circle

This is a space to notice what you may be ready to release, reconnect with what feels more honest, and give your nervous system time to integrate the transition rather than forcing yourself into the next version of you.
