💫 A session to learn to free and trust your body's wisdom, beyond the mind.

An embodiment practice where movement, breath and awareness invite us to step out of the mind's autopilot and return to the body with presence.

🎶 The entire journey is supported by live intuitive music and channelled sound, attuned to the group's shared field and unfolding experience.

🌬️ Coherent Breathing as an inner guidance for aligning with yourself&Live, restoring balance in your body.
🎵 Music&Sound , through frequencies and ancestral instruments, supports deep states of presence.
💃 Movement arises naturally by listening to the body's wisdom, allowing energy to find new pathways of expression.
🧘 Guided meditation weaves everything together, supporting observation, integration and inner transformation.

🤍 This is not to escape discomfort or avoid what you feel. It is a space to fully meet yourself and discover that, when we inhabit every part of ourselves with presence, transformation unfolds naturally. You will also take home practical tools to continue cultivating this connection in your daily life.
