Welcome to Tuesday Evenings of Deep Rest
What if your Tuesday evening became the most nourishing part of your week?
Instead of rushing through another busy day, give yourself permission to come exactly as you are - whether you need rest, healing, connection, or simply a few hours away from everyday life..
Join us in the peaceful surroundings of the city centre for an intentional evening designed to regulate your nervous system, release what no longer serves you, and cultivate deep inner clarity.
The evening unfolds progressively, allowing each practice to prepare you for the next:
18:15 – 19:15 | Nervous System Regulation
19:30 – 20:30 | SOMA Breathwork
20:45 – 21:45 | Meditation
There is a 15-minute break between each session to stretch, enjoy a cup of tea, or connect with others in a relaxed atmosphere.
You are welcome to join a single class that resonates with you, or experience the full evening journey at a discounted price and enhance the feeling of half-day retreat in the middle of the week. While each practice is complete on its own, together they create a powerful progression - from grounding the body, to expanding the breath, to cultivating a calm, clear mind before sleep.

DESCRIPTION OF THE SESSIONS
Nervous System Regulation
Inspired by the principles of somatic nervous system work, this class combines gentle movement, breath, awareness, and simple regulation techniques to help shift your body from survival mode into safety.
You’ll learn practical exercises to release accumulated stress, regulate your nervous system, reconnect with your body, and build resilience that supports you both on and off the mat. Expect slow, mindful movement, moments of stillness, and a deeply restorative experience suitable for everyone.
SOMA Breathwork
SOMA Breath is a guided breathwork practice that combines rhythmic breathing, breath retention, music, and gentle movement to access expanded states of awareness while remaining deeply connected to the body.
The practice helps increase energy, improve emotional wellbeing, reduce stress, enhance focus, and facilitate emotional release. Many people leave feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply renewed with sense of direction and alignment.
Meditation
We conclude the evening with a silent meditation, “to see things as they truly are.” Through mindful observation of the breath and bodily sensations, we cultivate clarity, equanimity, and presence.
Practising at the end of the evening allows the nervous system to fully integrate the previous practices, quiets the mind, and gently prepares you for a restful night’s sleep.
This class will include theoretical background as well as practical step-by-step application. Whether you’re completely new to meditation or have an established practice, you are warmly welcome.

ABOUT NICA
Nica holds a Master’s degree in Psychology and has over a decade of experience teaching yoga, thai yoga massage therapy, breathwork, meditation, and somatic practices internationally. She is a lead teacher in Yoga Teacher Trainings, where she shares not only the physical practice of yoga but also its philosophical foundations, inviting students to explore yoga as a path of self-awareness and conscious living.
Her journey has taken her across Europe and Asia, where she has studied with worldwide renowned teachers and immersed herself in ancient contemplative traditions. She has completed advanced SOMA Breath® training, spent thousands of hours in ashrams, intensive trainings, and meditation centres. She maintains a dedicated daily practice of meditation, yoga, breathwork, and self-inquiry.
Bringing together psychology, yoga philosophy, nervous system regulation, breathwork, and somatic practices, Nica creates experiences that gently guide people back to themselves. Her work is rooted in the belief that beneath the constant noise, striving, and stress, there is already a place of peace, wisdom, and wholeness within each of us.
This retreat is an invitation to come home to yourself - to slow down, reconnect with your body, regulate your nervous system, quiet the mind, and remember the grounded presence that has always been there.
“I believe everything we are searching for already exists within us. The body is constantly communicating, often revealing what the mind has not yet understood. Through movement, breath, meditation, stillness, and deep presence, we create the conditions for the nervous system to soften and the body to remember its natural state of balance. Coming home to ourselves is not about becoming someone new - it’s about remembering who we have always been.”
