After five beautiful full house experiences, we're happy to announce a new Nidra & Sound Healing Journey in Ibiza ✨

A 90-minute immersive experience designed to help you slow down, release accumulated tension, quiet the mind and restore balance through breath, intention, sound and deep rest.

The evening combines conscious breathwork, guided meditation, a traditional Vedic Sankalpa practice, live sound healing and Yoga Nidra to support profound physical, mental and emotional restoration.

We begin with grounding breathwork and body awareness to settle the nervous system and bring attention inward.

From this grounded state, you'll be guided through the Vedic practice of **Sankalpa**—setting a heartfelt intention from a place of inner clarity rather than mental noise. This intention is then gently integrated throughout the Yoga Nidra practice, allowing it to settle more deeply into the subconscious.

Live healing instruments and immersive sound frequencies accompany the journey, helping the body unwind, the mind become quieter and the nervous system shift into a state of deep relaxation.

As the session unfolds, you'll be guided into Yoga Nidra—a meditative state between wakefulness and sleep where the body can rest profoundly while awareness remains present.

This experience may support:
