TANTRA | Couples Date Night

An evening for couples who wish to deepen their connection and explore their relationship with greater awareness.

In the midst of daily life, work, responsibilities and routines, it is easy to lose sight of one another. These evenings offer a space to slow down, reconnect and meet each other in a different way.

Drawing from psychology, embodiment, communication practices and Tantra, we explore intimacy, desire, boundaries, presence and authentic connection. Through guided exercises, partner practices and meaningful conversations, you will discover new ways of relating to yourself and your partner.

Whether you have been together for months, just divorced or as a blind date,, this evening invites you to step out of the ordinary and into a deeper experience of connection, playfulness and discovery.

No previous experience with Tantra or personal development is required.

Facilitated by Karlijn Kouwenhoven.

PRACTICALITIES

- This workshop is designed for couples and can also be attended with a close friend or connection partner.
- All ages, genders, sexual identities and relationship styles are welcome.
- Exercises take place individually, in pairs and occasionally with the group.
- While we explore themes such as intimacy, sensuality and connection, all exercises remain fully clothed and no sexual activities take place during the workshop.
- The workshop is facilitated in both Dutch and English, depending on the participants present.
