A balanced movement experience designed to build strength, improve mobility and reconnect you with your body through both activation and deep release.

Drawing from over 20 years of experience, this session blends functional conditioning, strength training, Animal Flow, yoga and Pilates into a dynamic and intelligent practice adapted to all levels.

Through conscious movement, posture alignment and breath integration, participants develop strength, coordination and body awareness in a grounded and sustainable way.

The second part transitions into Yin Yoga — a slower, deeply restorative practice focused on long-held stretches, nervous system regulation and the release of accumulated tension.

We close with Yoga Nidra, a guided practice of conscious relaxation that brings the body and mind into a state of deep rest and integration — leaving you feeling energized, open, aligned and deeply connected.

*Our 5-class pack is valid for both Pilates & Yin and Animal Flow & Yin, so you can mix and match the classes to suit your schedule and practice.
