We have masterfully blended the religious and cultural Festival of the Light (Tihar Diwali) and guided hikes with the profound peace of daily yoga and meditation. This is your chance to unwind and reconnect with your inner self, surrounded by panoramic Himalayan mountain views, ancient temples, and the serene beauty of the Kathmandu Valley, framed by four major mountain and hill ranges. DAY 1
Arrive to Kathmandu. Welcome dinner

Experience the spiritual and cultural heritage in Kathmandu Valley!
Pashupatinath temple, Durbar square, Thamel to enjoy the beauty of the Festival of Light
DAY 3
Experience the Buddhism!
Boudha Stupa, Swayambhu Mahachaitya Stupa. We finish the day with a Sound Bath
DAY 4
Our hiking starts on this day! Sundarijal to Chisapani. Breathtaking, panoramic views of the Himalayas and stunning sunset.
DAY 5
Chisapani to Dhap Dam. Beautiful valley with The Himalayas in the background.
DAY 6
A day to reconnect with yourself and enjoy nature at its fullest! Explore the whole day the beautiful area around Dhap Dam
DAY 7
Dhap Dam to Jarsing Pauwa. On the way we will visit Manichud Daha, a peaceful spiritual hiking destination surrounded by lush forests and prayer flags. The site holds deep spiritual significance for both Hindus and Buddhists.
DAY 8
Jarsing Pauwa to Nagarkot. Lush pine forests, traditional terraced farmlands, and massive 180-degree panoramic views of the Jugal, Langtang, and Ganesh Himalayan ranges. Sunset
DAY 9
Explore the beautiful Nagarkot: nature trail and the suspension bridge. Visit temple and Dhuni
Day 10
Drive to the old city of Bhaktapur! In the afternoon, Aarti in Anantalingeshowr Mahadev temple, located in the southern foothills of Bhaktapur.
Come back to Kathmandu hotel for goodbye dinner to finish our retreat
WHAT IS INCLUDED
• All accommodation in hand-picked eco-lodges, hotels or resorts. Twin sharing accommodation during the trekking
• 3 vegetarian meals per day + tea and water
• All the entrance fees to the ancient temples, sacred sites and cultural heritage areas
• All ground transportation, including airport transfers.
• Trekking permits
• Daily private guided in all the places mentioned in the itinerary
• Daily Yoga with a certificate teacher during the trek*
• Mindfulness practices & Meditation sessions in nature
• One group Sound Bath session in Kathmandu
• Small group experience for personalized attention (minimum 4, maximum 10 participants)
* Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Restorative or Yoga Nidra. Pranayama (breathwork). All levels, beginners friendly. Once or twice a day, depending on the itinerary
WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED
• Flight to and from Kathmandu
• Visa to Nepal
• Health + travel + high altitude Insurance
• Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, sweets, snacks, beverages and bar bills
• Anything extra on the trek. Sometimes in the trekking areas, things cost extra: charging your phone, wi-fi, refilling drinking water etc.; choose your options & comfort
• Personal trekking equipment. You can always rent it in Kathmandu. You will receive the “packing guide list” after the sign up
• Tips for tour/ trekking staff and driver
• Tips in the temples or to Shadus, priests and pujaris. It is common to give these tips or donations in Nepal because tipping is culturally viewed as a gesture of gratitude and respect (known locally as Baksheesh)
• Private porter to carry your personal things
• Any other expenses that do not come in the Price Includes section

It’s a certified Nepali guide with over a decade of experience showing the heart and soul of Nepal. He works freelance to offer more authentic and customized experiences to the travelers. As an experienced trekker, he can take you to every mountain trek or natural area of Nepal! He is also very knowledge about the cultural heritage, history, spiritual customs and rituals of Nepal. He will organize the logistics and lead the tour with all his incredible expertise. Be prepared to visit the hidden gems of Kathmandu Valley.

It’s a certified Master Yoga Teacher with years of experience. She’s from The Netherlands based in Rotterdam but expend long periods in The Himalayas, where she feels at home. She has a special love for Nepal and its people. Now she wants to show this country from an authentic perspective. She is here to support your preparations for the trip, answer practical questions and registration. She will lead the yoga and meditation program and assist the tour leader and the group every day in whatever is needed.
