Showing Up & Expressing What Is

We are not machines. We are living organisms, fully alive, ready to be seen.
All animals MOVE! They complete the stress-response, the full cycle of expression. We as humans have a tendency to stay polite. To push through. To explain. To understand... To be 'perfect', to please, control.. & It doesn't fully work.

The body never stopped speaking - we just stopped listening.

Feeling, processing, sharing, integrating - we do it through the body, through movement. Here true insight, creativity and play comes alive!

Together with a tribe we move whatever needs to be expressed. A space to experiment, let go, exchange feedback and support each other's growth. No performing - just diving into your own unique movement language and the felt sense of the body.

Each session explores a specific theme and dance concept. Through group exercises, drills and partner work we get to know it deeply enough to freestyle with it in our own unique way.

Energy Movement LAB is a mix of depth and lightness, technique and somatic experiencing, being part of a tribe - and a personal devotion to your own movement practice.

For anyone who wants to feel freer in themselves - through movement. Experienced dancer or total beginner. This space is for you.
