Heart Healing & Nervous System Regulation

Sobre este evento

I am very happy to welcome my yoga teacher from Sri Lanka, who will be visiting the Netherlands, to give a special workshop on June 11 at the studio.

Regulating the Nervous System & Feelings

Explore the connection between your feelings and the nervous, immune and hormonal response.

Learn practical, clinically tested techniques from KRI & Mind-Body Medicine that you can use for yourself, your children and your clients as healing interventions to integrate into daily life and practice.

Afterwards, I will guide you into a deep state of relaxation with a Gong Bath as we continue the journey together.

The vibrations and sound frequencies of the gong can help calm the nervous system, release tension held in the body and create space for deep rest and inner balance.

A moment to simply lie down, receive and allow the body and mind to restore.
