A weekly body–mind practice to move, release and reset.
This session combines Pilates and Yin Yoga to help you build strength, improve mobility and deeply relax your nervous system.
We begin with a Pilates-based flow focused on core, glutes, posture and controlled movement.
Then we transition into Yin Yoga, where we slow down, hold gentle stretches and allow the body to release tension.
This combination supports both activation and recovery, helping you feel more connected, balanced and present.
