In a beautiful space in Amsterdam, we gather to slow down through the ritual of tea and the wisdom of the body.

This shared offering by Daniel and Zeynep weaves together the contemplative practice of tea ceremony with gentle somatic guidance. Tea is served in silence and with focused attention, inviting presence, receptivity, and inner harmony. Alongside the tea, guided somatic practices will help you land in your body, sense yourself more clearly, and reconnect with your inner resources of support and gratitude.

The Experience

We will sit together in stillness, sharing three rounds of tea in ceremony. Throughout the session, you will be led through simple, body-based inquiries that invite an awareness of pleasant sensations and grounded support.

This is an invitation to pause from the speed and stimulation of daily life—a space to rest, soften, and be held by the ritual, the presence of the group, and the quiet intelligence of your own body.

No prior experience is needed. You are welcome exactly as you are.
Reflection: There will be space at the end for optional reflection and gentle sharing.
Intimacy: This is an intimate experience, limited to 8 participants.

Your Hosts

Daniel: A tea ceremony guide devoted to the Way of Tea as a path of attention, stillness, and sensory awareness.
Zeynep: A somatic psychologist, informed and inspired by Somatic Experiencing® and Integral Somatic Psychology®.
