Energetic Dynamics: Polar Flow

Class description:
This 4-hour workshop will teach you how to recognize the polar dynamics that run energy through your body, the ways in which these energies interact with other bodies, and how to use your attention to find balance within the dynamics. In person learning allows our bodies to feel the information the class is delivering. Sharing space with others is more dynamic, more informative, and more enriching than online learning. Come share space and develop a new awareness of your true self!

Giving/Receiving
Doing/Being
Power of Conception
Protection Mechanisms
Marrying Internal Polar Dynamics

Class will be limited to 20 participants.

The Space:
The class will take place in the wonderful AnaMorphic Studio of the OT301 complex. This is at the very top of the building, up 4 flights of stairs.

The space has a beautiful bamboo floor, that we will be responsible for maintaining. There will be no chairs in the space, so please bring something comfortable to sit on, like a yoga mat/cushion/blanket. There is plenty of wall space to sit up against, but please come prepared to keep your body comfortable as we will be seated for a majority of the class.

There is a kitchenette in the space where you can store snacks and water bottles (there is a small refrigerator).

*We won't be able to eat or drink in the class space. At any point during the class, you may get up to grab a drink or use the restroom.

What To Bring:
You will be provided papers that follow the workshop format. Please bring something to write with and something to take notes on if you prefer not to write on the class packet. There will be a small drawing section and if you would like your drawings to be in color, please bring colored pencils, markers, or whatever you would like to make your artwork your own. It’s always recommended to bring a water bottle and a snack if needed.
