Full Moon Circle: an evening of reflection, release & intention

Join me for a nourishing evening of reflection, release, and renewal under the energy of the full moon. During this full moon ritual, we’ll gently explore our senses through movement, sound, and stillness.

We’ll begin with a soft yin yoga practice, supported by loving touch and essential oils, to ground into the body and open the heart. You’ll then be guided on a sound journey using the healing vibrations of tibetan sound bowls, koshi chimes & an ocean drum. To awaken our sense of taste, we’ll practice mindful eating (a light snack is provided), followed by a journaling ritual to release what no longer serves you and make space for new intentions. We’ll close with a meditation, allowing your intentions for the coming month to integrate.

🤍 Small group circle (6-8 participants).
✨ This is a mixed circle, all genders are welcome.
🗣 The evening will be guided in English.
📔 Optional to bring your own journal, otherwise I provide paper for you.
