We are Clara and Kim and we are so excited to guide you on a journey into the realm of Ceremonial Cacao! Whoop whoop!
We have put together a delicious and fun day retreat in which you can connect with the medicine of Cacao. We will share what ceremonial cacao is, where she comes from, what the benefits are, what makes a ceremony with cacao so special and most importantly, we are going to ceremonially craft our own cup of cacao drink.
••• About cacao
Cacao beans comes from a tree that grows since many millions years ago, originally from Amazonia. Cacao was & is used by many ancient civilizations, mostly around Central America, to celebrate & as a connection with the gods to provide physical, emotional and spiritual healing.

Cacao is a great source of many nutrients (iron, magnesium, calcium...), anti-oxydants, and what we gonna especially tap into are her well-being psychoactive substances among which: Theobromine, “the awakener”; Anandamide “the bliss molecule”; Phenetylamine “the love chemical”; Serotonin “the calm & positive moodset”. This magic mixture, also known as a powerful heart medicine, can help you on many different aspects regarding your personal healing practices and spiritual journey.

Clara ~
Hey you! I'm Clara Tournet, a Frenchie who found her place in a beautiful dutch eco-place where she enjoys building her sustainable paradise. I navigate between all my passions in this world as an Agro-development & Nutrition engineer, a Cacao Alchemist & Practitioner, an Intuitive Cook, a Flow Dance Facilitator, a Music & Voice Explorer… I just love to get involved into new projects and new creations and share it with others as a community, as close as possible to Nature and my true Nature. For the time being, my magic is to be tasted in hand-crafted Costa Rican ceremonial cacao!
Kim ~
Hi everyone, my name is Kim Ruwa and I’m a Cacao Ceremony Facilitator and Teacher, Reiki Master, Akashic Records Reader, Dragon Energy Healer and I’m simply passionate about all things consciousness. My main purpose on Earth is to support people to tap into their own magick, joy and sacredness. I adore hosting group and private ceremonies in Amsterdam and surroundings and online, she hosts an online cacao Facilitation training, sells her hand-crafted Cambodian ceremonial cacao and provides different types of 1-1 psychic readings and energy healings. She will sprinkle some magick into your life!
••• How to prepare for this day of ceremony:
- Prepare your sacred ceremony bag with; a journal and pen, bottle of water, items for the altar, a yoga mat if you have, instruments (optional), an eye mask and anything else that makes this experience special
- Dress in layers, you may get cold or warm and layers enable you to adjust to temperature changes easily
- Fast or have only a light meal in the morning before the retreat
- Refrain from consuming alcohol, dairy, caffeine and any other plant medicines the night and morning/afternoon before the ceremony
- Find time (in nature) to tune into your intention(s) for the ceremony
••• What will be present during the ceremony:
- A safe sacred space with a small group in which you can share what is alive in you
- Ceremonial cacao, aroma frequencies & (optional micro-dose)
- Tea, water and some delicious snacks
- A cosy nest with pillows and blankets
- Oracle cards
- Music, instruments
- Our gentle guidance and healing touch (if desired)
••• Location
Our day retreat will take place in the beautiful surroundings of Almere in Clara’s home. We will be mostly outside, getting to bond on a deeper level with nature. Exact address will be shared once you’ve signed up.
📍 How to reach the location ~
- Very easily reachable by car, free parking available
- By public transport you can reach the house by bus 159 - stop Nachtegaallaan, Almere / bus 326 - stop Vogelweg, Almere. We’ll pick you up for the last 5 min driving.
- For both ways count a total of ~ 35 min from Amsterdam Centraal.
We are so so excited and looking forward to holding space for you and sharing our cacao medicine with you.
