As autumn calls us inward, this cosy creative workshop invites you to slow down, set intentions, and craft a personal ritual of reflection through the art of scrapbooking. Together creating a mindful space to reconnect with your creativity, your inner child, and the rhythm of the season.

Together with Nikki, you’ll explore the art of scrapbooking as a way to reconnect with your playful essence, reflect on the season, and give shape to your feelings and intentions.

Through gentle prompts and intuitive creation, you’ll craft a personal scrapbook, crafting your own scrapbook using a curated selection of magazines, papers, stickers, tapes, and other materials. Each participant receives a personal journal to take home, creating something where your creativity, memories, and inner wisdom come together to ground and inspire you.

You’re welcome to bring your own memories to the workshop; printed photos, ticket stubs, or small mementos that hold meaning for you, so you can weave personal memories into your creation.


WHAT TO EXPECT
We’ll begin with a heart-opening cacao ritual to land softly in the moment and awaken your creative flow. Each participant receives a physical journal to take home, so this practice can become a nourishing seasonal ritual you can come back to keep you connected to your inner world all autumn long.

Leave with a grounded body, a light heart, and a creative companion that continues to grow with you.

- The only thing we recommend you to bring are your own personal memories; think of printed
photos, flight tickets from your last vacation, stickers, personal notes, etc. Anything small that
holds meaning for you, so you can weave your memories into your creation.


MEET YOUR GUIDE: NIKKI
Nikki is a holistic coach, Reiki practitioner and creative based in Amsterdam. Guided by intuition and a deep passion for life, her work bridges energy, emotion, and embodiment. Through her sessions, Nikki invites others to reconnect with their inner world, to slow down, feel, and remember their natural rhythm and who they’ve always been.

Her approach is both grounded and romantic, inspired by slow living, conscious health, and the belief that love is the most powerful healer. Rooted in a mindful way of being, she finds beauty in small rituals, nourishment in presence, and healing in the gentle art of being human. Through coaching, energy work, and creative expression, Nikki invites people to rediscover the beauty of simply being.
