Sobre este evento
In this journey through tea, movement, and music, we explore the poetry of being alive together.
We’ll start with a grounding ceremony, drinking together bowls of tea in silence. The tea will infuse our awareness with relaxed focus, guiding us to a deeper connection with ourselves.
From this centred presence, we’ll slowly awaken the body, untangling the nervous system. Zeynep will guide a short somatic body opening that moves us from a more regulated self-connection, eventually leading into a free jam where dance and contact improvisation flow. Our dear friends, Pavlina, Gino, and Maxim will co-create this space with their magical tunes.
Feel free to bring your comfy clothes, journal, and your open, playful, wild heart.
Whether you come to ground, to express, or simply to be, you are welcome exactly as you are.
A bit about us
Zeynep is an integrative somatic psychologist and Contact Beyond Contact facilitator. Her work weaves together psychology, movement, and embodied presence—creating spaces where the mind softens, the body speaks, and the heart remembers its natural rhythm.

Gino and Maxim are meditative musicians who play from the heart with intentions of healing the environment and themselves. Through the guidance of Music and their healing intentions they aim to reach places beyond thinking to help bring the true nature and beauty of Music is one of their life goals, always aiming for love, fun, connectedness, and sincerity.
Pavlina is a classically trained violin player from Ukraine. Having moved to the Netherlands after the War started, she explores the essence of art now at the 3rd year of Musician 3.0 at HKU. Curiously walking on a healing journey herself while self-studying psychosomatics and holistic approach to humanness, she experimentally merges art and healing practices. With a mindset keen on non-verbal, physical presence with authentic expression, she uses her violin, vocal and improvisational skills to create sonic spaces for self-reflection, soothing and sense of true connection with one's body, emotion, motion, and oneself, others and nature in its entirety.
