Energetic Essentials: Practical Chakra Work

We will go over a practical way to work with the chakra system.

We will introduce each chakra’s basic attributes and their requirements for healthy function.

We will practice opening and closing each chakra to be able to augment their energetic flow.

We will introduce ways to buffer the chakras from the outside world.

We will learn how to charge each chakra and end with a full chakra system meditation.

The Space:
The class will take place in the wonderful AnaMorphic Studio of the OT301 complex. This is at the very top of the building, up 4 flights of stairs.

The space has a beautiful bamboo floor, that we will be responsible for maintaining. There will be no chairs in the space, so please bring something comfortable to sit on, like a yoga mat/cushion/blanket. There is plenty of wall space to sit up against, but please come prepared to keep your body comfortable as we will be seated for a majority of the class.

There is a kitchenette in the space where you can store lunch and water bottles (there is a small refrigerator).

*We won't be able to eat or drink in the class space. At any point during the class, you may get up to grab a drink or use the restroom.
